Stitchfully is a pattern creation and project tracking platform that allows users to:

• Create patterns locally in their browser
• Store patterns online (with an account)
• Publish patterns for others to use
• Create and track stitching projects

Accounts are optional. Many features may be used without creating an account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or submit patterns.

By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

Creating an account allows you to store patterns and projects on our servers.

You agree to:

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Local Storage Disclaimer

If you use Stitchfully without an account, patterns are stored locally in your browser.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of locally stored patterns
• Browser data clearing
• Device changes
• Data corruption

You understand that locally stored data may be permanently lost if browser storage is cleared.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of patterns and content you create.

If you create an account and upload or store content on our servers, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Store
• Display
• Reproduce
• Distribute

your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

If you publish a pattern, additional terms apply under our Pattern Submission Terms.

6. Pattern Submission

If you submit or publish patterns, you agree to the separate Pattern Submission Terms, which govern:

• Ownership representations
• Intellectual property responsibility
• Publication rules
• User access continuity

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Pattern Submission Terms, the Pattern Submission Terms control for pattern-related matters.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code
• Attempt to interfere with platform security
• Access accounts without authorization
• Use automated scraping tools without permission

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

The Stitchfully platform, including its design, branding, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce platform features without permission.

9. Platform Modifications

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update or change functionality
• Limit or expand storage
• Introduce new features

We are not liable for feature changes or service interruptions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Data preservation
• Suitability for any specific purpose

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
